So i wanted to add yet more work holding options to my hybrid workbench so on the Roubo side i decided to add a sliding deadman. The deadman gives more options especially when holding longer boards and comes in handy when i am debarking live edge slabs! Its simple, and made from southern yellow pine to match the rest of my bench. It slides like a dream and just adds to the myriad of work holding options for my bench.
